Nepal (English: /n??p??l/;[14] Nepali: ????? [nepal]), officially the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal (Nepali: ?????? ???????????? ???????? ?????), is a landlocked country in South Asia. It is mainly situated in the Himalayas, but also includes parts of the Indo-Gangetic Plain.
